Privacy notice

This notice describes the information used by the Clinch Works website and Academy. For questions about your information, contact info@clinchworks.in.

Information you provide

When you contact us, we collect the details you submit so our team can respond. When you use the Academy, we use your account identity, profile details, course enrollment, learning progress, assessment submissions and certificates to provide the learning service.

Sign-in and service providers

Sign-in uses Google Firebase Authentication. If you choose a social sign-in provider, that provider also processes your sign-in under its own privacy terms. We do not receive your social account password. Email delivery and enabled AI features use the providers configured for those services.

AI workspace

Messages and images you submit to the AI workspace are sent to the configured AI provider to generate a response. Avoid including passwords or confidential information. Conversation history and lesson notes may be stored in your browser; you can clear conversation history in the workspace.

Cookies and browser storage

We use essential session cookies and browser storage for authentication, your workspace history and notes. Operational requests may record technical details such as IP address, user agent and request time to support reliability and prevent abuse.

Certificates

A certificate can be verified by someone who has its identifier. Verification may display the learner’s name, course, issue date and certificate status. Share your certificate identifier only when you want others to verify it.

Your choices

You can edit available profile details in your account and sign out of the service. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information associated with your account, or to discuss retention. Clearing browser storage removes locally saved notes and conversations, but does not remove server-side account or course records.
